How To Add Listings Using My Account
These are a few tips on how to add residential. commercial, land, farm, condo and rental properties to your RealEstate-Buzz.org account.
After logging in to your RealEstate-Buzz.org admin area,
you will be presented with three icons:
- Add Listing
- Edit My Account
- Edit My Listings
No tricks here- they are very straight forward.
You can add and edit listings or modify your user profile.
Click Here to Begin Adding Listings
Add Listing
A) Select the property class you wish to add a listing for.
B) Click Submit
C) Complete all fields as they relate to your specific listing.
1) ALL fields with an asterisk (*)
next to them are mandatory.
2) The TITLE field shuld be short and sweet (apx. 20 characters).
The TITLE only displays below a picture of your listing
when it is Featured.
3) The NOTES box is for your eyes only.
This text does not display on listings pages.
Record a reminder or any notes to self.
4) The FULL DESCRIPTION box provides you with nice method
to offer greater detail about the property listing in your own words.
This description will display directly below the
listing’s main picture and details.
5) For Home & Community Features, simply click the box
next to the appropriate options for your specific listing.
The selected features will display with a red check
next to them just below the Description box.
D) Click Submit
E) Your are then presented with the option to UPLOAD IMAGES.
Under ADDITIONAL OPTIONS select Upload Images.
F) Upload images by using the Browse tab. Click Browse and drill down in
the folders on your computer to locate the images for your listing.
You can select 1 - 12 images for uploading at once by using a
separate Browse field for each.
G) Click Upload
Edit My Account
A) You cannot change the Username.
B) The First Name & Last Name, Password and Phone Numbers can be
modified at any time.
C) The Homepage field is important.
This should be the URL for YOUR real estate website.
* Any link other than your business URL may be removed!
The URL will display on each listing along with the
other agent information taken from your profile.
D) The INFO box can be used to provide more information about your agency,
services you offer or other relevant info about you and your company.
E) The Edit Images link gives you a page to upload a picture of yourself
or the agent(s) representing your company. Two pics allowed.
Edit My Listings
- Here, you can modify a listing or add and delete images for listings.
- Check the Listing status.
- Hits: See the number of times a listing has been viewed.
A) First, find the listing you need to edit.
1) There are more than 20 options of how to lookup listings in your account.
The default and probably easiest is Listing Number.
The Show option is nice for reducing the number of listings returned by your search.

B) When you find the listing to edit, click on the picture
or the green pencil icon.
Special Note: Take care not to click on the red X
unless you truly want to delete the listing.
C) Most all of the fields on a listing can be modified through Edit Listings.
After making your changes, simply click the MODIFY button at the bottom of the page.
D) Use the PREVIEW link at the top of the page to review your changes.
E) Click the EDIT IMAGES link (top left of page) to add more pictures
or modify current ones.
F) There are three options available after an image is uploaded.
1) Field Order on Listing Page
Use this field to place the pics in a specific order.
2) Caption
After a thumbnail picture is clicked on (from the listing page),
the CAPTION is displayed above the full sized picture.
3) Description
After a thumbnail picture is clicked on (from the listing page),
the DESCRIPTION is displayed below the full sized picture.
